We moved into a new apartment six years ago, but a serious problem developed first in one bathroom and then in the other one when water leaked through the grouting of the showers and collected under the floor to come up through the grouting in other places. Because there is underfloor heating, we were concerned for that too. We approached the building company who wasn't interested and the tiler who put in the floors originally but kept us waiting and then wouldn't guarantee his work for more than a year. Finally, we contacted Surface Masters and they took charge, worked with us to fit in with our time schedule and around setbacks when the problem turned out to be even worse than first thought, fixed it and did a perfect job in a friendly and professional manner.
